The Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) is an initiative under Enterprise Singapore.  This grant helps companies who are looking to incorporate technology solutions in order to enhance their productivity.

Businesses are supported with both softwares and hardwares solutions to automate their businesses processes.

Who is this for?

For a business to be eligible for the Productivity Solutions Grant, it must fulfil the following requirements:

  1. Registered and operating in Singapore
  2. At least 30% local shareholding (for selected solutions only)
  3. Purchase / lease / subscription of the IT solutions or equipments must be used in Singapore
  4. Company’s group annual sales turnover of not more than S$100 million or company’s group employment size of not more than 200 workers

Charities, Institutions of Public Characters, Religious entities, Voluntary welfare organisations, government agencies and subsidiaries are not eligible for the grant support.


Benefit: Up to 80% funding support is available from 1st April 2020 to 31st December 2020


What IT Solutions Can I Apply For?

There is a pre-determined list of equipment and pre-approved IT solutions that your business can choose from. You can access them via the Tech Depot.

Do note that you can only choose from the available list provided. IT solutions and/or vendors who are not pre-approved will not be supported with the grant.

For equipments, there is no pre-approved vendor but the equipments must meet the minimum specifications provided.

Recently, the PSG has also been enhanced to include a Laptop Bundled Remote Working Solutions from 17 April 2020 till 31 December 2020.

What Is The Application Process?

Once identifying the required solutions, your business must first obtain quotations from the vendor. You then submit an application on the Business Grants Portal.

It typically takes 4-6 weeks for the application to be processed.

It is important to take note that you should not have signed any contract or made any payment before submitting the PGS application.


You can also put in more than one PSG application concurrently. However, support can only be given for one package per solution category per deployment location.

If successful, the grant will be disbursed via GIRO directly into the company’s bank account.

Each company is support to up a cap of S$30,000 annually. (1 April and ending 31 March the following year)
